Timeless Cotswold Barn is given a vintage inspired update

Twixt Stow on the Wold and Burford this glorious Cotswolds setting is home to this character filled barn.

In a previous life a hay barn / farm shop and a tea room this charming building has been sensitively updated into a vintage extravaganza.

The bespoke bathroom, rustic industrial kitchen and wood cladded walls have been paired with heaps of botanical fabrics and a plethora of greens to provide a haven to chill and relax.

With a nod to salvage but with a good dose of style and comfort this treasure filled gem is the perfect Cotswold holiday cottage in a truly sylvanian setting.

Elegant stone house with stunning eclectic interiors and a valley side garden full of surprises,

In the valley made famous by Laurie Lee this gorgeous Cotswold stone house sits in a lovely elevated position with far reaching views of the glorious countryside.

Sitting snugly in the valley side the house takes advantage of its hillside location with its richly planted terraced garden, huge entertaining terrace ,wood fired hot tub and relaxation deck and outdoor kitchen.

The interiors are eclectic and brim full of design touches - beautiful bespoke bathrooms, a handmade DevoL kitchen, an enchanting teal study, dark and intimate library and a light filled garden room that embraces those valley views.

It’s a place for luxury family holidays, for couples to escape too or friends to enjoy time together.

In this verdant setting with the Cotswolds in all directions the biggest decision will be if too leave the house and explore the area or just to stay in and embrace this magical place.

Huge stone barn with eclectic landscape Interior.

On the towering cliffs of North Cornwall above the oh so pretty village of Boscastle is this huge sprawling barn with mesmerising views of the Atlantic.

Furnished with an eye to detail with an interesting mix of colours  – the feel is all about the landscape and bringing  those elements in – The huge rooms swallow oversize sofas and bespoke coffee table and are offset with vintage finds and good fabrics – bringing an air of comfort and calm in spaces full of interest.

Bring the family , friends and their friends –  there’s plenty of room at this beast of a barn with the whole of Cornwall at is beautiful best on your doorstep.

Remote Rural Farmhouse is given a timeless coastal style.

Follow the road almost to Cornwall’s most southerly point then take the lane to a remote National Trust headland where this strong stone farmhouse sits proudly at the head of the hamlet.

Formerly a Bed and Breakfast but now reunited as one – the interiors are full of charm.

With good fabrics and furniture and with a side garden with far reaching sea views it’s a great place for family gatherings and fondly remembered holidays in a remote and hard to find corner of Cornwall.

Rough Sawn Clad Cornish Cliff Cabin

Follow the old military road along the wind swept cliff tops at Whitsand Bay and you will see a scattering of huts clinging in all shapes and forms to the rugged landscape – This contemporary cedar clad rough sawn lined cabin has replaced a dilapidated hut- now with an amazing double height ceiling with handmade steel doors dividing the bedroom from the main living space – think white wash, vintage industrial and space and light and you have the perfect bolthole in Cornwall’s forgotten corner.

Reclaimed Timber Hut provides a Welsh Tonic

Take the mountain track just above the world famous Bodnant Gardens and wiggle through the Snowdonian landscape to this hidden wooden hut. Built from reclaimed sleepers from the old Conwy railway – this take on a traditional Swiss chalet has been given a unusual metallic makeover – clashing coppers, platinum and rose gold are offset with faux shark skin, smoked timbers and offer a nod to modernity.

This inspiring Welsh bolthole will be well worth the trek to admire the tremendous view of the Welsh landscape - Meander through the meadow , steam in the sauna or just simply soak up the silence.
